Dhoop Making Machine

A dhoop making machine is a mechanical device used to manufacture dhoop sticks, which are an integral part of many religious ceremonies and cultural practices in India and other parts of South Asia. Dhoop sticks are similar to incense sticks but are thicker and often have a stronger fragrance. 

• Raw Material Feeding System: This system allows for the feeding of raw materials such as powdered wood, charcoal, aromatic substances, and binding agents into the machine.

• Mixing Chamber: The raw materials are mixed thoroughly in this chamber to ensure uniform distribution of ingredients.

• Extrusion or Molding System: After mixing, the material is either extruded through a nozzle to form cylindrical dhoop sticks or molded into the desired shape.

• Drying Chamber: The freshly formed dhoop sticks are passed through a drying chamber where they are dried to remove excess moisture and solidify their shape.

• Cutting and Packaging: Once dried, the dhoop sticks are cut into the desired lengths and packaged for sale.
